An interactive session designed to discuss and develop the key processes that lead to recognizing the negative impact of the behaviors of the difficult employee and the implementation of effective steps in reducing and eliminating those behaviors. The workshop will present real life situations and case studies as well as promote discussions and assign role play of various scenarios that include difficult employee and challenging personalities.. |
